Complete Your Background Check

Submit your required background check before your class begins. This is a standard requirement for students entering clinical healthcare settings.

Secure Your Spot

Pay your tuition by the required deadline to officially reserve your seat. Because classes are small, your enrollment isn't complete until payment is received.

Submit Health Requirements

Provide documentation for your TB test and, if required, your seasonal flu vaccine. We'll let you know exactly what's needed before your class starts.

Requirements Checklist

A few simple requirements help ensure you're prepared for training and ready to begin clinicals. We'll guide you through each one after you register.

BACKGROUND & HEALTH

Complete your criminal background check and submit proof of a recent TB test. If your class takes place during flu season, you'll also need to provide proof of a current flu vaccine.

ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT

Submit your registration form and pay your tuition by the required deadline. Your seat is officially reserved once your payment and required documents have been received.

READY FOR CLASS

Purchase your scrubs and closed-toe shoes before your first day. We'll provide your gait belt, name tag, and everything else you'll need to begin hands-on training.

Important: Your seat is reserved only after all required documents have been submitted and tuition has been paid in full.

Class Options

Whether you want to complete your training as quickly as possible or need a schedule that works around your commitments, you'll receive the same state-approved education and hands-on clinical experience.

Option 1: Accelerated Day Program

The accelerated day program is ideal if you're ready to focus on training full-time and enter the workforce sooner. Classes meet Monday through Friday during the day, followed by hands-on clinical training in a real healthcare setting.

Option 2: Part-Time Evening Classes

Evening classes are offered periodically throughout the year for students who need a more flexible schedule. You'll complete the same curriculum and clinical experience while balancing work, family, or other responsibilities.

Most students are eligible to enroll as long as they meet the basic requirements, like being at least 17 years old, completing a background check, and being able to communicate in English. If you’re unsure, you can still register or reach out—we’ll help you understand exactly what’s needed and guide you through the process.

After you register, we’ll contact you within 24 hours with next steps, including your tuition payment link and instructions for completing your background check and health requirements. You’ll know exactly what to do and when, so nothing feels confusing or rushed.

Your spot is only secured once all requirements are completed and tuition is paid in full. Because class sizes are limited, we recommend completing your checklist as soon as possible to avoid losing your seat.

Once you finish your training, you’ll be eligible to take the state certification exam. After passing, you can begin working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in healthcare settings like hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, and start building experience for future healthcare careers.
