Getting Started

How do I get started?
Start by choosing a class date and submitting your registration form. Once submitted, you’ll receive next steps within 24 hours, including payment instructions and how to complete your background check and health requirements.
How long does it take to complete the program?
The program is a 92-hour course that can be completed in just a few weeks, depending on the schedule you choose. This allows you to start working in healthcare much sooner than traditional programs.
When should I register?
We recommend registering as early as possible. Class sizes are limited to 16 students, and your spot is only secured once all requirements and payment are complete.

Classes & Schedule

What is the class schedule like?
Full-time day classes run Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evening classes are offered periodically for students who need a more flexible schedule.
Will I get hands-on experience?
Yes. You’ll complete classroom instruction, lab practice, and 20 hours of clinical training in a real healthcare facility, working with actual patients.
Can I work while taking this class?
If you choose an evening class, it may be possible to work while completing the program. The full-time day program is more intensive and may require you to adjust your schedule.

Requirements

What are the requirements to enroll?
You’ll need to complete a background check, provide proof of a TB test, and submit a flu vaccine if required during flu season. You’ll also need to pay tuition before your class start date.
Do I need any prior healthcare experience?
No prior experience is required. The program is designed to teach you everything you need to know to get started in patient care.
What do I need for class?
You’ll need to bring scrubs and closed-toe shoes. Your gait belt and name tag will be provided as part of the program.

Certification

What happens after I complete the program?
After finishing the course, you’ll be eligible to take the state CNA certification exam, which includes both a written and skills test.
How much is the certification exam?
The state exam costs approximately $170 and is paid separately from tuition.
Where can I work after becoming certified?
You can work in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or provide in-home care. Many students also use this experience to move into nursing or other healthcare careers.

Policies

Is my spot guaranteed once I register?
No. Your spot is only guaranteed once all requirements are completed and tuition is paid in full.
What is the refund policy?
Tuition is non-refundable once the class begins. If you need to make changes before your start date, contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
What happens if I miss class?
Attendance is required for both classroom and clinical hours. Missing required time may prevent you from completing the program.
Can I transfer to a different class?
In some cases, transfers may be allowed if requested before your class begins and based on availability. Contact us as early as possible if your schedule changes.
What happens if I don’t complete my requirements before the deadline?
If required items like your background check, health documents, or tuition payment are not completed before your class start date, your spot may be released to another student. We recommend completing everything as soon as possible to avoid delays or losing your seat.
Can I receive a refund if I don’t pass the class or certification exam?
Tuition covers your training, materials, and clinical experience, so it is non-refundable once the program begins. While we prepare you for success, passing the course and certification exam ultimately depends on your participation and performance.
