Everything You Need to Know Before You Enroll

Tuition & Payment Information

Understanding how tuition works helps you plan with confidence. Below is an overview of our payment policies, enrollment requirements, and what to expect before your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program begins.

Full Tuition Payment

Full tuition payment is due at least one week before your scheduled class begins. Paying on time reserves your seat and ensures you're ready to begin your Colorado CNA training without delays.

Reserving Your Seat

Because class sizes are limited to 16 students, your seat is not officially reserved until both your tuition payment and all required enrollment steps have been completed. We encourage students to complete these requirements as early as possible to secure their preferred class date.

How the Payment Process Works

After you submit your registration form, you'll receive a secure payment link and enrollment instructions within 24 hours. Our team will guide you through each step to make the process simple and straightforward.

Refund Policy

Tuition becomes non-refundable once your class begins. If your plans change before your scheduled start date, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your options and answer any questions.

Additional Required Costs

Some expenses, including the Colorado CNA certification exam, criminal background check, TB test, and seasonal health requirements, are paid directly to outside providers and are separate from tuition. These are standard requirements for completing the program and becoming certified.

Your Commitment

Our accelerated Certified Nursing Assistant program is designed to prepare you for real-world patient care. By enrolling, you're committing to attending scheduled classes, completing clinical training, and meeting all program expectations to successfully earn your certification.

Have questions about tuition, payment, or your enrollment options? Contact our team—we're happy to help you understand the process before you register.

Understanding Your Enrollment Options

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

We want you to understand our withdrawal and refund policies before enrolling in our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program. The information below explains what happens if your plans change before or after classes begin.
Step 1

Before Your Class Starts

If you need to withdraw before your scheduled class begins, please contact our team as soon as possible. Depending on timing and class availability, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to a future class.
Step 2

After Your Class Begins

Once classes have started, tuition becomes non-refundable. By this point, your classroom seat, course materials, instructors, and clinical placement have already been reserved for you.
step 3

Attendance & Program Completion

Students are expected to attend all required classroom instruction, lab practice, and clinical training. Missing required hours or not completing the program may affect your eligibility to graduate, transfer, or receive any applicable refunds.
step 4

Clinical & Program Requirements

All required enrollment steps—including your background check, health requirements, and clinical participation—must be completed successfully. Failure to meet these requirements may result in dismissal from the program without a tuition refund.
step 5

Class Transfers

In certain situations, students may be able to transfer to a future class. Transfer requests must be submitted before the scheduled class date and are subject to program availability and approval.

Important Message

Tuition covers your reserved class seat, instruction, educational materials, and clinical coordination. Because these resources are committed before training begins, refunds are limited once the program starts.
