What to expect when securing your spot and preparing for class

Payment Policy

Full Payment Required

Your full tuition payment is due at least one week before your class start date. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows you to move forward without delays.

Seat Reservation

Your seat in the class is not guaranteed until both your payment and required enrollment steps are completed. Because class sizes are limited, we recommend completing payment as soon as possible to secure your place.

Payment Process

After you submit your registration, you’ll receive a payment link within 24 hours along with instructions for completing your enrollment. This keeps the process simple and easy to follow.

Refund Policy

Tuition payments are non-refundable once the class begins. If you need to make changes before your start date, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your options.

Additional Costs

Certain costs, such as the state exam, background check, and health requirements, are paid separately and are not included in tuition. These are standard for CNA certification and required to complete the program.

Commitment to Completion

This is a fast-paced program designed to prepare you for real patient care. By enrolling, you’re committing to attending scheduled classes, completing clinical hours, and meeting program expectations.

Have questions about payment or your situation? Reach out—we’re here to help you understand your options before you commit.

Local Funding Options

Weld County Funding

If you live in Weld County, you may qualify for workforce funding through programs that support job training in high-demand fields like healthcare. These programs can help cover tuition costs and guide you through the enrollment process.

Larimer County Funding

Larimer County offers workforce development programs that may provide financial assistance for approved training programs. If eligible, this funding can reduce your out-of-pocket cost and help you move forward sooner.

State of Colorado

If you work in a long term care facility or skilled nursing facility, the state of Colorado will reimburse you 50% at 6 months and 50% at 1 year of full time work.
