Frequently asked questions

Most students are eligible to enroll as long as they meet the basic requirements, like being at least 17 years old, completing a background check, and being able to communicate in English. If you’re unsure, you can still register or reach out—we’ll help you understand exactly what’s needed and guide you through the process.

After you register, we’ll contact you within 24 hours with next steps, including your tuition payment link and instructions for completing your background check and health requirements. You’ll know exactly what to do and when, so nothing feels confusing or rushed.

Your spot is only secured once all requirements are completed and tuition is paid in full. Because class sizes are limited, we recommend completing your checklist as soon as possible to avoid losing your seat.

Once you finish your training, you’ll be eligible to take the state certification exam. After passing, you can begin working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in healthcare settings like hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, and start building experience for future healthcare careers.

A few important requirements to review before you register

What Disqualifies Me

Most students are able to enroll without any issues, but there are a few requirements that could affect eligibility. Reviewing these ahead of time helps you move forward with confidence and avoid surprises during the registration process.

Disqualifying Criminal Offenses

A failed background check due to certain criminal convictions may prevent enrollment in the program or employment in a healthcare facility.

Incomplete Requirements

Students who do not complete required steps—such as the background check, TB test, or tuition payment—before the deadline may not be able to secure a spot in the class.

Attendance & Program Completion

The program is fast-paced and requires full participation. Missing required class time, failing to complete clinical hours, or not meeting minimum grade requirements may result in dismissal from the program.
